Escrow.com is authorized to accept transactions for the sale of timeshare week(s) or points. Except in the state of North Carolina.

In some states, we can also accept sale or transfer of ownership or deed of a timeshare. These are the same states where Escrow.com is licensed to process real estate property transactions, as noted here.
