What happens if a Buyer stops making payments on a Domain Name Holding Transaction?

On a Domain Name Holding Service transaction where the domain(s) are held in escrow, the parties have agreed on a payment schedule. If the Buyer fails to make payments through escrow, the seller can notify Escrow.com that the Buyer is in default.

Escrow.com will follow the Domain Holding Instructions. If the Buyer does not remedy the payment, the domain(s) would be returned to the Seller and the transaction canceled.
