In a transparent to Buyer Broker transaction, the financial terms (purchase price, escrow fee, and broker commission) are only displayed to the Buyer. The Broker commission can be paid by the Buyer, Seller, or split between Buyer and Seller. The escrow fee can be paid by the Buyer, Broker, or split 50/50% between 50/50% Buyer and Broker.
