How do I change transaction details and terms?

Changes can be made on the “Transaction Detail Screen” after signing onto Escrow.com when the status is “Awaiting Agreement”.

If you are waiting for the other party to agree, only that party has access to the "Modify" button. Once both parties have agreed to the terms, they must email change requests to support@escrow.com.

The following are options available to modify:

  • Who pays escrow fees
  • Changing the length of Inspection Period (from 1 - 30 calendar days)
  • Who will pay, change, or remove shipping costs
  • Addition or removal of concierge service

Changes after the terms have been agreed to must have the consent of both the Buyer and the Seller, and cannot violate our General Escrow Instructions.
