Do you verify that the item shipped by the Buyer is the motor vehicle listed?

Escrow.com verifies that the vehicle has been shipped by the Seller and provides tracking information. However, it is the Seller's responsibility to verify the motor vehicle shipped matches the motor vehicle described in the transaction.

Once the Buyer receives the vehicle, they have the option to “Reject” or “Accept” the vehicle. If the vehicle shipped is not the motor vehicle described in the above transaction, the Buyer can “Reject” the vehicle and Escrow.com will proceed to refund the Buyer minus Escrow.com fees.
