In the event of a cancelled transaction or a partial refund to the Buyer, funds less escrow fee will be returned using the same method as the Buyer paid, except in the case of wired funds. Funds received by wire will be refunded by check, unless the Buyer requests a wire transfer. Escrow.com charges fees to refund via wire transfer -- $20 for domestic wires, $40 for international wires. The escrow fee is non-refundable.
